There’s beauty in everyday scenarios, and in the not-so-everyday scenarios. My wife and I keep talking about how we’ve been living through history making events. Although they’re not always easy, in Christ, our God will always lead us through to the other side. We can plant our faith in this because He says He will never leave us nor forsake us. He has plans for us that are good, to give us a future and a hope. In Christ, even when we leave this Earth, we win. In Him we have victory, victory in Jesus. That’s good news because we know that He is for us, so who can be against us. So, we put to death and deprive of power the sin and carnal things of the body that keep us from Him and set our minds to focus habitually on the things above, heavenly things, over the things of earth which have only temporal value. In our time on earth we’re wise, living full of faith in our victorious God as heirs and kings, but most of all, we live in Godly love towards our fellow man, our neighbor. Thank God for His wondrous mercy and amazing grace. Truly, how sweet the sound.
